You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to open an account. qwin4d reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.
All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, or approved e-wallets. Withdrawals require a fully verified account (KYC) and are subject to anti-money-laundering checks.
All bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be satisfied before withdrawal. Misuse of promotional offers — including multi-accounting or coordinated bonus abuse — will result in forfeiture of funds and account closure.
Each player is permitted one account only. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be merged or closed, with associated balances subject to review and potential forfeiture under these terms.
Fraudulent chargebacks, use of exploits or software bots, collusion, match-fixing, and any form of money laundering are strictly prohibited and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable.

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and qwin4d ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://qwin4d.cam and all associated services. By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you represent that you have read this Agreement in full and agree to comply with all provisions. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or place any wager on the Platform. qwin4d operates a strict 21+ policy. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 or older. If we have reason to believe you are under 21, your account will be suspended pending verification and all winnings may be voided.
2.2 Residency. The Platform is designed for players who are residents of Indonesia. You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not expressly prohibited at the time of play. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform complies with the laws applicable to you.
2.3 Legal Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Persons under guardianship or those who have been declared legally incapacitated may not register an account.
2.4 Excluded Persons. Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of qwin4d and its affiliated companies are not permitted to hold active player accounts or participate in real-money gaming on the Platform.
Age Verification: qwin4d may request proof of age at any point during a Player's lifecycle. Acceptable documents include an Indonesian National ID Card (KTP), passport, or other government-issued photo identification showing date of birth.
3.1 One Account Rule. Each player is permitted to hold one Account only. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a material breach of this Agreement. qwin4d reserves the right to merge duplicate accounts, forfeit associated balances, and permanently close all related accounts without notice.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, Indonesian national ID number, email address, and phone number. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
3.3 Account Updates. You are responsible for keeping your account information current. Changes to name, contact details, or banking information must be submitted to our support team and may require re-verification.
3.4 KYC Verification. Before processing any withdrawal, qwin4d requires Players to complete our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This includes submission of a valid government-issued photo ID (KTP or passport), proof of residential address, and a selfie verification photo. KYC review is typically completed within 1–24 hours during standard operating hours (WIB).
3.5 Non-Transferability. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, or transfer your account or any funds held within it to another person under any circumstances.
4.1 Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. qwin4d will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or any other communication channel.
4.2 Unauthorised Access. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected]. qwin4d will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the Player has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.
4.3 Device Security. You are responsible for ensuring that any device used to access the Platform is adequately secured against malware, keyloggers, and unauthorised use. qwin4d is not liable for any loss arising from compromised device security.
5.1 Approved Methods. qwin4d accepts deposits via the following approved payment channels: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri (Bank Mandiri), CIMB Niaga, and approved e-wallet providers including OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay. Approved methods may be updated from time to time at our discretion.
5.2 Currency. All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). qwin4d does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Attempting to deposit in a currency other than IDR may result in transaction failure or rejection.
5.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier; details are published on the Platform's banking page and updated periodically.
5.4 Own Funds. You must only deposit funds from payment accounts or cards registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting deposits from third parties, is prohibited and may result in account suspension.
5.5 Processing Times. Deposits made via bank transfer during Indonesian banking hours (approximately 07:00–22:00 WIB) are typically credited to your Platform Account within 5 minutes. Transfers initiated outside these hours may take up to the next business day.
Important: qwin4d does not accept deposits made from credit cards, third-party payment processors not listed as approved, or anonymous payment sources. Any deposit received from an unapproved source will be returned to the originating account less any applicable processing fees, and the player's account may be suspended pending investigation.
6.1 Eligibility to Withdraw. Withdrawals are available to Players who have completed KYC verification and whose accounts are in good standing. Any pending wagering requirements attached to Bonus Funds must be fulfilled before Real Money winnings derived from those funds may be withdrawn.
6.2 Withdrawal Methods. Withdrawals are processed to the same bank account or e-wallet used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible. qwin4d reserves the right to request that a withdrawal be made via an alternative approved channel if the original method is unavailable.
6.3 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000 per transaction. Maximum daily withdrawal limits apply and vary by account tier; VIP accounts benefit from elevated limits as detailed in the VIP programme terms.
6.4 Processing Time. Withdrawal requests submitted during business hours (Monday–Sunday, 08:00–22:00 WIB) are typically processed within 24 hours of approval. Processing times may extend during peak periods, public holidays (including Idul Fitri, Indonesian Independence Day on 17 August, and Nyepi), or where additional verification is required.
6.5 Anti-Money-Laundering Checks. qwin4d is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illicit activity. All withdrawal requests are subject to automated and manual AML screening. Where a withdrawal raises concerns under our AML policy, it may be held pending further investigation. qwin4d may request additional documentation — including source-of-funds evidence — before releasing any held funds.
6.6 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds. Bonus Funds themselves are never directly withdrawable. Only Real Money winnings generated after satisfying the applicable Wagering Requirement on a given bonus may be withdrawn, subject to any maximum withdrawal cap specified in the bonus terms.
7.1 General. qwin4d offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback rewards, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian calendar events such as Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). All promotions are subject to their own specific terms in addition to the general terms set out in this clause.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 20x the combined bonus and deposit amount before withdrawal eligibility is unlocked. Specific promotions may carry higher or lower requirements as stated in the individual offer page.
7.3 Game Contributions. Different game types contribute different percentages toward satisfying wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live dealer games, sports betting, and togel (traditional numbers lottery) markets may contribute at reduced rates. 7.4 One Bonus Per Promotion. Each promotional offer may be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Claiming the same promotion via multiple accounts or methods constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all associated funds and account suspension.
7.5 Expiry. Bonus Funds and any associated wagering requirements expire 30 days from the date the bonus is credited unless a shorter expiry is specified in the individual offer terms. Expired bonus balances and associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
7.6 Right to Amend or Withdraw. qwin4d reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to a Player's Account prior to the amendment, provided the Player is in compliance with all applicable terms.
Bonus Abuse: Our automated systems monitor for coordinated bonus abuse, low-risk hedging strategies designed to extract bonus value with minimal variance, and multi-accounting. Accounts found to be engaging in these activities will have bonus winnings forfeited and may be permanently closed.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, fund forfeiture, and — where applicable — referral to relevant authorities:
9.1 Provably Fair Operation. qwin4d offers games supplied by internationally certified studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft. All games are subject to independent third-party auditing for random number generator (RNG) integrity and published Return to Player (RTP) accuracy.
9.2 Game-Specific Rules. Each game on the Platform is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and this Agreement, this Agreement shall prevail except where the conflict relates to a purely game-mechanical matter, in which case the game rules shall govern.
9.3 Technical Failures. In the event of a technical failure — including server disconnection, game crash, or software error — mid-round, qwin4d will use all reasonable efforts to reconstruct and settle the affected round based on the recorded game state at the time of failure. Where reconstruction is not possible, the wager for the affected round will be returned to the Player's balance. No further liability is accepted.
9.4 Void Bets. qwin4d reserves the right to void any bet placed at erroneous odds, including odds published as a result of a data feed error, manifest pricing mistake, or system fault. Players will be notified and stakes refunded where bets are voided under this clause.
10.1 Ownership. All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the qwin4d brand name, logo, software, game content, graphics, text, and user interface design — is the intellectual property of qwin4d or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 Limited Licence. qwin4d grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
10.3 Prohibited Use. You may not scrape, crawl, frame, mirror, or otherwise copy the Platform's content or structure, in whole or in part, without the express written consent of qwin4d.
11.1 Platform Availability. qwin4d aims to provide uninterrupted service but does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, force majeure events, and third-party network failures may result in temporary unavailability. qwin4d is not liable for losses arising from Platform downtime.
11.2 Cap on Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, qwin4d's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. qwin4d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether arising from contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
11.4 Player's Own Risk. Gambling carries financial risk. You accept full responsibility for any losses incurred through your use of the Platform. qwin4d is not responsible for gambling-related debts, personal financial hardship, or any other consequence of your wagering decisions.
12.1 Suspension by qwin4d. qwin4d reserves the right to suspend or restrict any account at any time and without prior notice where there is reasonable cause to believe that the account is involved in prohibited activity, fraudulent behaviour, AML violations, or breach of any term of this Agreement.
12.2 Closure by qwin4d. Following investigation, qwin4d may permanently close an account and forfeit the associated balance where a material breach of this Agreement is confirmed. The Player will be notified of the outcome of any formal investigation to the extent permitted by applicable law and our AML obligations.
12.3 Closure by Player. You may close your account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any Real Money balance (net of any outstanding wagering obligations on Bonus Funds) will be withdrawn to your verified bank account. 12.4 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for 12 consecutive months is classified as dormant. qwin4d will notify the account holder via email 30 days before a dormancy fee of Rp 50.000 per month is applied to any remaining Real Money balance. Dormancy fees will not reduce a balance below zero.
Your privacy is important to us. qwin4d collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy. 14.1 Right to Amend. qwin4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
14.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account before the amendment takes effect.
14.3 Version History. The current version of these Terms & Conditions is always accessible at https://qwin4d.cam/terms-conditions. The effective date displayed at the top of this page indicates the version currently in force.
15.1 Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which qwin4d holds its international gaming licence. The parties agree that the courts of that jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
15.2 Informal Resolution. Before initiating any formal dispute process, you agree to contact qwin4d support at [email protected] and allow us 14 calendar days to resolve the matter informally. The majority of Player concerns are resolved at this stage without the need for formal proceedings.
15.3 Dispute Submission. Formal disputes must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 60 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Disputes submitted outside this window may be declined on grounds of lateness.
